About
Gingerich Homes has established a reputation for building quality, upper-end homes throughout the Triad area for the past several decades. The family-owned company was started by Nate Gingerich in 1986. His passion was to create quality, custom homes that would stand the test of time. Today their team consists of Nate and his son, Daniel. They are extremely passionate about their work, and they pride themselves in not taking short cuts and doing things the right way.
Nate Gingerich, owner of Gingerich Homes, is a second generation builder. His father, Al Gingerich, was a home builder who grew up Amish. He taught Nate the value of hard work and fine craftsmanship. In 1970, Nate started his own trenching business installing gas, electric, and drain lines. This experience has given him the necessary expertise to understand proper land grades and drainage issues. After selling his trenching business in 1986, Nate obtained his general contractors license and began building single family homes.
Daniel Gingerich, general contractor and President of Gingerich Homes, is a third generation builder. He graduated from Liberty University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in business marketing, and immediately started working for the family business. In 2015 he acquired his general contracting license. He also completed one year of architecture schooling where he acquired the skills to draw construction plans using AutoCAD. Today he designs and draws the floor plans for all their spec homes, and oversees the construction for all projects.
Nate's experience and Daniel's attention to detail work together to build the home you've always dreamed of. Let Gingerich Homes help you make your dream home a reality!
